Welcome to Hair Main Street. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, services, and products (“Platform”). By accessing or purchasing from our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

All hairs, wigs, and hair products sold on our Platform are genuine, high-quality, and legally obtained from verified suppliers.
We do not support or sell counterfeit or illegally sourced hair products.
If you suspect a product does not meet our standards, please contact our support team.

3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND PRICING

Prices are listed in NGN and may change without notice.
We accept payments through Card, Bank Transfer.
An order is considered confirmed only when payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within a communicated devlivery time and shipped via delivery Partners.
Estimated delivery time ranges from as low as 1 day to as much as 7 days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 days after product inspection.
Custom or used wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Any unauthorized activity on your account should be reported immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

We collect customer data solely for order processing and customer service.
We do not share, sell, or distribute customer data to third parties.
Your information is protected using industry-standard security measures.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before legal action.
If legal action is required, disputes will be settled under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
